The Doepker Galvanized Single applies the 850°C hot-dip molten zinc process to a single-unit 53' flat deck, producing four layers of galvanized protection with two integral to the steel and a 10-year coating warranty. It delivers better corrosion resistance than aluminum while keeping full steel strength, on a 37,500 kg GVWR platform rated to approximately 75,000 lbs distributed. A 1/2"×6" high-tensile bottom flange, HXL5 4' sliding suspension and a 26-winch staggered layout round out the spec.
