Nearly every K-Line unit is built to a specific customer's application, which changes how parts work. Rather than a shelf catalogue, K-Line runs a parts counter and a service facility on 58th Crescent, and maintains a trailer registry so a unit can be identified by its 17-character VIN — the company's stated reason being to expedite parts, service, sales and engineering support. The service side runs seven days a week with a mobile emergency repair truck and works across all makes, not only K-Line equipment.

K-Line supports its trailers with a factory parts counter and a full service facility in Langley, BC, covering goosenecks and detach systems, jeeps and boosters, deck and rail sections, hydraulics, transfer components, dump bodies and gates, and air and brake systems.
